Wear

Let's talk about bicycle wear.

big feature
(1) It fits the body.
Reason There is little draft when receiving wind. Does not flutter in the wind. Doesn't get caught in gears. Etc.
Above all, if it doesn't flap in the wind, it will make you tired when you run, so it's completely different if it's for a bicycle or not.

②The back is long
The back is long so that the back does not come out.

③ Long sleeves
I run with my arms outstretched, so I can make it long.

④There are pants with pads.
There is a cushioned pad in the part that hits the saddle.
There are no seams, so even if you ride for a long time, your buttocks will not hurt.

⑤ There is always a zipper in front.
You can now adjust the amount of wind.
The fully open type is easy to wear and easy to take off even if you sweat.

⑥There is also a windbreak in front.
Bicycles are exposed to the wind from the front, so there are times when it is warm just to avoid the front wind. Wind stopper for winter
If you have something like that, you can wear it lightly.
Just stopping the wind from the front is completely different.

Small item type

underwear
There are many good ones for bicycles.
It makes no difference if you use it or not.
Something with heat retention, something that can control temperature with mesh

glove
There are fingered and fingered.
There are pads on the palm. The handle is designed to be gripped, so it feels tight when you open your palm.
When it's cold, you can use an inner layer.

socks
Thin. Many are up to the ankle. The ankle is also safe because it is easy to injure when it falls.
When it gets old, you can put it over your shoes and use it like a shoe cover.

arm warmers
Wear it on your arm when it's a little cold. A simple but highly effective item.
There are many different materials to choose from, but this is the product that I feel is the most convenient.

leg warmers
Recently, it has become rare, but it covers the exposed part from the pants
Knee warmers are the mainstream these days because they tend to fall down easily.

knee warmers
Knee cover. The shins are exposed, but other than that, I don't mind.
The material is also various and it is used well for the period. Seven-quarter tights have a similar effect.
three-quarter tights

shoe cover
For summer use, it is a type that has the effect of reducing air resistance.
There is a cold protection type for winter.

Windbreaker
There is also a feeling that it has decreased recently. It's convenient to wear quickly when it's a little cold.
It is good to be able to fold it.

Best
It's now a must.
I have no sleeves.
This is completely different. It is characterized by easy temperature adjustment.
There are summer and winter types, each with different thicknesses and functions.

cap
It's a small brim hat.
It's convenient when it's a little cold, rain, or snow.
It can be used in various ways depending on how you wear it.

neck warmer
This is a winter item and you can reduce the top by one.

newspaper
This is surprisingly warm.
It's good to put it in your stomach.

pattern of wearing

Cycling clothing is basically layered.
This is because the temperature is easy to control.
If it is one thick one, it will be difficult to adjust.

Let's think in terms of Sendai standards.

From December to the end of February
It has the lowest temperature.
I will go in order of wearing.
Long-sleeved undershirt with heat retention (pearl, etc.) > Tights with windproof material on the front >
Undergarments with windproof material or short sleeves > When wearing normal short sleeves, wear a vest or wear a windproof undergarment inside
>Jacket>Shoe cover>Gloves (Inner gloves for long rides>Neck warmer>Emiate

From March to the end of April
Thin long-sleeved inner>Racer pants>Knee warmers or 3/4 length pants>Short sleeves + wind vest or windproof material inner>
Arm warmers > gloves with fingers > sometimes shoe covers. neck warmer

May to June
Mesh inner>Racer pants>Knee warmers or 3/4 length pants>Short sleeves>Wind vest or windproof material inner
>Arm warmers
finger cutting glove

July
Mesh inner > Leather pants > Short sleeves > Occasionally best > Gloves with fingers

August September
Racer pants > short sleeves

September to mid-October
Mesh inner>Racer pants>Knee warmers or 3/4 length pants>Short sleeves>Wind vest or windproof material inner
>Arm warmers
finger cutting glove

Late October to November
Thin long-sleeved innerwear > Racer pants > Knee warmers or 3/4 length pants > Short sleeve + wind vest >
Arm warmers > gloves with fingers > sometimes shoe covers. neck warmer

I feel said.
Long-sleeved jerseys are rarely worn, and undershirts (with a windbreak on the front, mesh fabrics are often worn.)
It would be convenient if the seven-quarter tights can be used for a long period of time.

Recent materials are expensive, but there are some that can be done with one piece.

Wear that suits your purpose seems to have a big impact on how comfortable it is to ride.
The wind that hits the bike is always only from the front.
The back is often hot.
If the temperature is 10 degrees and the speed is 30 km/h, the temperature feels like 1 degree.
It is important to control the wind because the temperature is 6 degrees and the temperature is minus 5 degrees at 30 km.

:::: Rainy days It varies greatly depending on the temperature. ::::

It is divided into hot days (when short sleeves are just right) and cold days (long sleeve base).
Below is the wear for races and cycling events.
The point is heat retention, especially that the body and inner wear are in close contact.
Choose a material that does not easily absorb water, as it will become heavy with water.
Kappa is usually not used much except when the rain is heavy.

cold day rain
There are various ways to wear it, and comfort changes greatly depending on the performance of the wear.
The most important thing is innerwear. It doesn't really need to get warm. Something that doesn't absorb water and doesn't get heavy.
It is good that water does not flow back inside.
Jacket with long sleeves on the outside.
Some jackets are now waterproof. It is important that water does not accumulate inside without getting stuffy.
There is also a racing kappa when it comes down to Zaza.
Tights underneath.
Rain shoe covers become heavy when water accumulates inside.
If it's cold, a regular shoe cover or sock type is good. The sock type is good at draining water.
It doesn't get heavy.

Gloves should be winter and waterproof.
A cap is also a must-have item.

warm day rain
Basically short-sleeves and lei pants.
It is a good idea to oil the exposed areas.
Knee warmers and leg warmers may come down when they get wet and heavy.
A rough type of inner is good.
Short-sleeved kappa are also available recently, so it's convenient.
finger clip or finger glove
thin socks for summer
No shoe cover

medium temperature
The hardest.
If possible, wear racer pants or run in 7 minutes. Oil on the exposed part, hot oil on the front when it's cold
paint.
Select a material that does not absorb water as much as possible. It is easier to move when it fits your body.
Layering for summer is better than winter.
The shoe cover is a sock type, which is difficult to use in winter.
Avoid thick knees and legs that may slip. Lycra knees are good.
Socks are for summer. I think that the rapan is tight. Rain makes the pad heavy, so it is easy to slip and rub your crotch.
If it is not a bib type, it may come down due to the weight.

Other useful things
Thin neck warmer Prevents rain from entering your neck.
Cycle cap Rain doesn't get in your eyes directly.
Apply oil to legs and stomach. It is hard to cool down.
